Sinus multi-zone manifold
A finger on the pulse – intelligent technology for superior energy efficiency.
What makes the manifold-separator combination special is its division into three temperature zones, combined with an integrated hydraulic separator to avoid mutual interference. The connection between the high- and low-temperature circuits in normal operation provides the desired minimum return-flow temperature for driving the condensing boiler in the condensation range. The result: high efficiency due to optimal utilisation of the heat in the hot water.

Sinus MTW
Separator for multiple temperature zones.
The Sinus separator for multiple temperature zones, or MTW, solves the problem of current system hydraulics specifically for large systems up to 400.0 m³/h.
Developed for use in multivalent heating systems, it encompasses a range of beneficial characteristics. It is a hydraulic separator, manifold and tank in one.

Sinus MultiFlow Center
The distribution and collection centre is another product from the range of solutions for multivalent heating systems and cooling systems. This product also combines the functions of a hydraulic separator and a manifold. In addition to the features offered by the other variants, the distribution and collection centre also offers the possi- bility of increasing the system volume in order to utilise residual energy or reduce cycle frequency, for example.

Sinus EasyFlow cascade
The Sinus ProfiFixx EasyFlow cascade forms a compact unit combining the entire primary and secondary distribution in one component. It consists of a combined flow and return manifold with chambers arranged adjacent to one another and separated by sinusoidal parting wall, with directly integrated horizontal hydraulic separator welded on for connecting primary-side heating boilers and secondary-side heating boilers in one unit.
